Teal, turquoise, light blue, aquamarine, baby blue, or any shade of blue, is a must have color for this season. These shades are a refreshing change from winter's drab and bland colors. Lighten up your wardrobe with touches of cool blues. Here are a few blue items I am currently loving for spring and summer. Check out my Wishlist board on Pinterest for more items I love!

I love a cute and comfy wedge in the summer. Wedges are one of my favorite type of heels, especially since they are easy to walk in, and can be worn for an extended period of time without hurting. They are definitely versatile, as they can be worn during the day or at night. Whether you want to add a pop of color, gain some height, or just want to dress up your look, these four wedges might be just what you are looking for. However, any open toe summer shoe isn't complete without a pedicure! Below are four fun summer colors that I can't wait to try. I matched each shoe with a complementing nail polish color that will make your shoes and your toes pop!
Lately, I have been inspired by the color yellow. The vibrant, playful, and fun shade has been catching my eye everywhere I go. With spring in bloom, tree leaves growing back, flowers blossoming, and the weather warming up, I am getting in the mindset of fun spring days. I am excited about wearing girly dresses, spending days at the beach, and relaxing with friends and family. I will definitely be waking up my wardrobe with this notice-me shade of bright yellow. Below I put together a few of my favorite yellow items for under $100!

A little while back, Sephora and Pantone Universe collaborated to create an amazing new makeup collection. This limited edition collaboration showcases the "color of the year", Tangerine Tango. Although the vibrant color may seem hard to pull off, there are so many different shades to work with every skin tone. This is one of my favorite colors! I haven't attempted to wear the color on my face yet, but I absolutely love it on my nails! The bold color is such a fun accent for your nails, lips, eyes, or cheeks. What do you think of the collaboration and the color?

This past week has been a crazy one. Between moving, not having Internet or cable for a week, and finishing up my midterms, I am so happy that spring break is finally here! Now that it is April, and the weather has been slowly getting warmer, I have been crushing on all things neon. I love the vibrant pinks, greens, oranges, purples, yellows, and blues. Wearing something neon is a great way to feel instantly awake and energetic. Since neon colors are so bold, it is best to only wear one piece at a time. Pair your neon items with a neutral color, such as white, black, or gray to tone down the brightness.
When I came across Free People's Spring Cleaning Lookbook, I was immediately inspired to wear all white. This is one of my favorite colors to wear during spring, and Free People has so many amazing white items. I love all these monochromatic looks with an edgy vibe. The extra special lace, sequins, and textured details makes these garments have a laid back and bohemian feel. Take these looks from day to night by adding a black leather jacket, fun accessories, or a bright colored heel.

I love candles. They are a perfect decorative accent, great for providing light, and even for making wishes. I have so many candles and when one of mine recently came to an end, instead of throwing it out, I decided to find a way to reuse the candle holder. This is such an easy DIY project, and the end result can be used for so many different things.
First place your candle in the freezer for at least an hour. (I left mine over night)
Once the wax is frozen, turn the candle over and the wax should just pop out.
I removed extra wax on the side with a butter knife, and cleaned out the glass with water and soap.
Now you can use your old candle holder for whatever you like! Below I used mine to hold makeup products and bracelets.
Happy National Puppy Day! I am a huge puppy lover, and in honor of today, I decided to share pictures of my puppies. (Layla, Bear, Bella, Dina, & Blue)

Happy Friday! :)
